Gardening

Are you an experienced gardener? We’re learning as we go! We’d love your help in mentoring our student gardeners.

Share Your Spark

Have a passion, knowledge, or skill you’d like to contribute to our program? We welcome your help! From photography to carpentry to cooking and more, we are always so grateful for volunteers.

Want to share more about your family’s culture, religion, traditions, or special experiences? Please join us in the classroom! We are happy to host you for a presentation, a book reading, or even just an informal chat. 

Social Media

Are you social media savvy? Love to connect with people? Help us spread the A.L.M.A. word online! From sharing our posts on your own page to helping us plan/execute our social media presences, we are grateful for any time you’ve got to help us expand our community. 

A.L.M.A. Ambassador

Love A.L.M.A. and want to help us promote our program? Grab some marketing materials to drop around town as you run errands, or join us at a community event to chat with potential future A.L.M.A. families. Thanks for helping us share our story. 

Fundraising

Event Planning

Love a good party? Us too! Help us plan and execute some of our favorite annual events like our holiday party, our Pride event, and graduation. 

Material Making

Good with a laminator, glue stick, or pair of scissors? We can use your skills! Throughout the year, we create new learning materials to enrich our curriculum and follow our students’ interests. We can always use an extra pair of hands for the creation process!
